Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised items (including custom names, dates, or designs)
- Stefana (wedding crowns)
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
We kindly ask that you review all order details carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Returns
Non-personalised, non-custom items may be eligible for return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Handmade Disclaimer
Many of our products at FOR THE MOMENT are carefully handcrafted. As a result, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur from piece to piece. These are a natural and beautiful part of handmade work and should not be considered faults or defects.
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and always strive to uphold a high standard in every item we create. Any imperfections are kept to a minimum and reflect the unique nature of our handcrafted process.

Refunds (if applicable)Â
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days – typically 5-7 business days.Â

Damaged during transit
At FOR THE MOMENT, we lovingly wrap and package every order with care to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once parcels are in transit, occasional damage can unfortunately occur and is outside of our control.
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and get in touch with us within 24 hours, with a photo, if anything is damaged, faulty, or not quite right. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note, we’re unable to accept damage claims made after this 24-hour window.
Please note that FOR THE MOMENT is unable to replace items that have been damaged during transit. Shipping fragile items is taken at the customer’s own risk, though we always pack with protection in mind.
